We perform home inspections according to the Home Inspection Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We also offer ancillary inspections. These are additional types of inspections that you may be interested in hiring us to perform for you. Feel free to ask your inspector about additional inspection services.


Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.

Sample Reports

At the end of the inspection, we will produce a written inspection report for you. The report will be easy-to-read and clear to understand. We will include pictures of the systems and components of the home and building that we inspect. We will also provide a summary of the defects that we observed during the inspection.

We have a background as a Residential and Commercial builders and property development as well as Georgia Licensed Independent Insurance Adjuster. Fulltime Inspectors starting in 1999 and certified 2003 with AHIT American Home Inspectors Training.  We are certified members of The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors "InterNachi" CPI and Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association CCPIA. We have  been certified by The Master Inspector Certification Board CMI.    

We have completed thousands of inspections in the Metro Atlanta area and in North Georgia offering services that include Home and Commercial inspections, we are certified Mold inspectors and radon Gas testers providing detailed reports within 24 hours of the inspection. Inspect Georgia uses the best reporting software available and equipment for specialized testing and evaluating the Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC systems of your Home  and Commercial Property. Fully Insured and have access to properties through the Georgia Board of realtors using the Supra Key system.

Home and commercial property inspection is not regulated, meaning there are no specific requirements or tests to become an inspector. However, despite this lack of regulation, we take our profession seriously.
