As a buyer, I called Judson asking for an inspection on my new home. He was available next day. The day after the inspection he delivered a very detailed 55-page report with a summary of the top issues to fix, my builder took care of the issues immediately. Judson was very friendly, and carefully answered any questions when I was at the house. Highly recommended at such a reasonable price!

After having a perfect inspection report when buying our home we have found many things that were missed and wanted to be sure there was nothing else this inspector (that was recommended highly by our real estate agent) had missed. We contacted Inspect Georgia after reading through their impressive certifications. The inspector from this company looked carefully at every part of our home. He went through the areas that the other inspector did not go through such as the attic, he used various types of testing equipment and a drone for inspecting the roofing, siding and exterior windows. His report was just what we were looking for.- an evaluation of all the systems in the home, the condition of areas of the home we cannot see and suggestions on how some areas could be improved. If you are buying or selling a home and you want a honest inspection you should insist on selecting your own inspector and Inspect Georgia should be at the top of your list.

Judson has the building knowledge and tools to do a detailed inspection. His use of drones gets the review of the roof and chimney much easier and with great accuracy. Wow! If you need a home inspection, Judson Bourke with Inspect Georgia is your man! I called looking to get a mold inspection in my home. He was available to help me the very next morning. He was there right on time. Judson is extremely knowledgeable with years of experience in this industry. Every question I had about the mold inspection process or even about my home he was ready and had a thorough and detailed answer for. Without hesitation if a family member or friend needed a home inspector I would recommend Judson. He is very friendly and was mindful and courteous of my young child and my pets too. The summary pages hit the big stuff, but Judson took the time over the phone to walk us through the rest of the exterior and interior of the house. Judson our inspector, was very professional and courteous. He was also very detail orientated. After his extensive look over on the house, he went through every detail that he found. When I met him at the house we spent an hour discussing everything that was great about the house and all the things that needed to be addresses. He also gave helpful tips and things to think about when we were looking at getting the repairs to make our home perfect. When I called Judson to inspected my new home for me, I knew I had found the right man and company for the job. Judson is very detail oriented which is what I needed. He has meticulously written a very well defined report of all the areas in my house that needs the attention of my builder and has taken great backup pictures so if the builder disputes any point needing attention, the pictures show exactly what the build needs to see. Judson is incredibly thorough. He even had drone footage. There were some pretty serious problems he found with the home we were purchasing and he not only took video notes and typed notes but called as well to go over his concerns. The man even called weeks later to see how it went. That showed me he actually cared! His prices were fair and well below competitors. Everyone else wanted to charge extra for things like checking the crawlspace and attic. Not him! If I ever need an inspection again, he is the guy I’ll be calling.
